FTU Tutorial: Path to Happiness

PATH TO HAPPINESS

SUPPLIES:
FREE kit The Path to Happiness by HF-Projekte from PFD HERE
FREE tube by Julia Fox called "Roxy" from PFD HERE
MASK:  Mask 14 from Chrissy's Chaos HERE
PLUGIN: Muras Meister (Copies)

(Remember to add drop shadows as you go along!)

Open a new transparent image 700 x 700.

Paste element 43.  Apply mask, merge group.  (It might not look like it didn't do anything, but it did, trust me)

Image Effects>Offset, change to default settints, then change Horizontal to 0, Vertical to 100, leave
custom ticked and change Edge mode to Transparent.

Paste element 54, resize 90%.  Drag this layer below the first castle element, then move up to the top of your canvas and over to the right, to where about 2/3 of it is showing behind the castle.

Open element 44 duplicate (close original), apply the same mask and merge group.  Resize 35%.
Copy and paste on your canvas. Move over to the top right of your canvas and drag down below the  tower layer.

Paste element 55 directly above the gray moon layer, resize 28% and align over the gray moon.  Change the blend mode to Screen.  Merge down.

Highlight top layer (should be your castle layer).
Paste element 41, resize 70% and move up and to the right of your canvas.

Paste element 46, resize 85% and move down to bottom left of your canvas.  Duplicate.  Mirror>Horizontal.

Open your tube and copy ONLY the girl.  Paste on your canvas and resize 40%.  Leave her where she is, but move down very slightly and sharpen.

Paste element 42, resize 12% and move to where it looks like the girl is holding it in her right hand.  Duplicate and merge down.

Paste element 50, resize 25% and move to where it looks like she's hold this in her left hand.

Paste element 30, resize 25% and move him down to the bottom right corner of your canvas. Sharpen.

Paste element 17, resize 20% and move down toward the bottom and to the right of your tube.  Drag this layer
to directly under your tube layer making the flowers peek out behind her dress.

Paste element 11, resize 20% and move this down toward the bottom and to the left your your tube.  Also drag this layer under your tube layer.

Duplicate the gray castle layer and drag this layer all the way down to the very bottom of your layers palette.
Muras Meister Copies > Wallpaper with default settings.  Add same mask, merge group.
(If you do not have the plug in, just add a layer at the bottom of your canvas, fill with a black/white gradient and apply the mask.)

Paste element 40 on the top of the mask layer, resize 95%.

Add your copyright and name, and save as .png!
